Start where people get stuck
I read support tickets and sit in on calls before I open Figma. The boring complaint is usually the brief.

Ship the smallest true version
A rough flow in production teaches more than a polished prototype. I plan in weeks, not quarters.

Leave the system better
Every project adds or fixes a component, with notes engineers can use without asking me.
